Marketing analytics is concerned with the measuring and analyzing performance to maximize is effectiveness and optimize return on investment (ROI). Marketing analytics can allow marketers to illuminate dead ends, identify new opportunities and make the marketing process much more efficient.

I wanted to study marketing analytics because you can’t be an effective marketer without it. The analytics of my own marketing practice would also be invaluable data for refining the marketing of my own ventures, including this website.
