As part of the re-jigging of the Leading as a Life Coach final project, I’m adding a new component to the project.
The new component is called Side Hustling as a Manager and will detail the management role I worked alongside my life coaching.

In hindsight, not including an overview and acknowledgement of this management role in the earlier version of this final project was a major oversight.
It was criminal not to include it because I started my management role right about the same time I started my life coaching practice.
Not only was advancing into the separate roles of a manager and a life coach a huge progression in my career, but both roles ended up having a massively positive influence on one another.
Crucially, as well, this final project serves as the capstone for my concentration in Leadership and Management.
Leadership, via my coaching of others, was covered greatly in the earlier version of the final project.
My abilities as a manager much less so.
I didn’t include my management experience in the earlier version of Leading as a Life Coach because I wanted to instead focus the final project on my life coaching practice.
Hence why the final project originally had the same name as my coaching practice – Not Your Average Life Coach.
However, now that I have changed my mind about including my management experience, it is another reason for why my renaming of the final project from Not Your Average Life Coach to Leading as a Life Coach makes so much sense.
Unlike Not Your Average Life Coach which was specifically referencing my life coaching business and practice.
Leading as a Life Coach has a much broader connotation.
